Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

ZorkMail operates a strict no-refund policy. All payments made to ZorkMail are final and non-refundable. By making any payment, you explicitly acknowledge and accept this policy.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are explicitly non-refundable:

  • Balance Top-Ups: All balance additions (IDR and USD) are final. Unused balance does not expire but cannot be refunded or withdrawn.
  • Email Packages: Purchases of email packages, send quota, or storage upgrades are final upon successful payment.
  • Service Credits: Any credits added to your account, whether purchased or promotional, have no cash value and are non-refundable.

3. No Refund for Account Actions

No refunds will be provided in the following situations:

  • Account suspension or termination due to Terms of Service violations
  • Account suspension due to suspected fraud, spam, or abuse
  • Voluntary account deletion or deactivation
  • Inability to use the service due to user-side technical issues
  • Service features that were available but not utilized

4. Duplicate or Erroneous Payments

In the event of a clear duplicate charge (identical transaction processed twice), you may contact support within 48 hours with transaction details for review. This is the sole exception and is at ZorkMail's discretion. Any request made after 48 hours will not be considered.

5. Service Availability

Temporary service interruptions, scheduled maintenance, or downtime do not constitute grounds for a refund. We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime.

6. Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or payment provider without first contacting ZorkMail support may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all remaining balance and services.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
